These terms govern the use of novaeon.studio. The site is operated by NOVAEON STUDIO S.R.L., Sat Dudu, Com. Chiajna, Jud. Ilfov, Romania (CUI 49517850; "we", "us"), under its brand Novaeon Studio. Full company details are in the legal notice. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of the content

The site is informational. The diagnostic calculator provides rough, illustrative estimates based on the values you enter. It is not financial advice, an audit or a contractual offer, and it does not guarantee any specific result.

2. Intellectual property

The content, brand, copy, visual identity and code of the site belong to NOVAEON STUDIO S.R.L. (brand Novaeon Studio) and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written consent.

3. Acceptable use

Please do not:

  • use the site for unlawful or abusive purposes;
  • attempt to compromise the security, availability or integrity of the site;
  • scrape the content in a way that harms the service.

These terms are governed by Romanian law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is the court competent for the registered office of NOVAEON STUDIO S.R.L. (Jud. Ilfov, Romania).

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence, and the statutory jurisdiction of the courts of that country remains unaffected.
